Most salons don’t have a mentorship system, which is why apprentices leave or take years to become profitable. The Blueprint is a complete apprenticeship program custom built for your studio, using the exact framework we developed and proved inside Fika.

Ongoing coaching and accountability for whatever is actually happening in your business that month. Team conflict, a hiring decision, pricing, expansion, revenue planning, quarterly reviews. The real conversations, not a generic check in.
Essentials: one private call a month
Growth: two calls a month plus support between calls
Spots are intentionally limited, so Advisory is by application.
